An F-4 doesn't sit on grass. Putting a fighter jet on permanent public display takes a foundation built to carry it, a site graded to drain, and a walkway that lets visitors get close without tearing up the ground around it.
The Oregon Military Museum at Camp Withycombe brought Left Coast General Construction in to handle the site and concrete work that made the display possible.

How the crew approached it
Aircraft display work is unforgiving on the concrete side. The footings have to be placed right the first time, because there is no adjusting them once the aircraft is set. Left Coast handled the excavation and forming with that in mind, coordinating layout around the display footprint before any concrete went in.
The site is an active military installation and a public museum. That shaped the schedule and the staging, and it meant keeping work zones clearly marked and contained so museum operations kept running.
The result
A finished display pad and walkway the museum can build its exhibit around, and a surface the public can walk right up to. The kind of work that gets covered up and then holds for decades.
